Fin Logic is a two-person remote accounting firm — Ivan Georgiev (finance and accounting) and Darin Yozov (payroll and accounting). We work with companies across Bulgaria with no need to visit an office: documents arrive online, reports go out by email, and questions are handled by phone and Viber.
Most clients start with a monthly accounting package and add payroll once they hire staff. Tax advisory, CFO services and financing preparation are also available on their own, as a one-off project or ongoing support.
